I haven't seen anything in the instructions for setting that, so I'd probably rather just have it come right back on if that's default. I think ideally I'd like it to come back on right away assuming the power won't keep going off and on long enough to drain the battery based on my relatively short shut down time, but I guess that's possibly a setting I'd have to change on the UPS.
